HEYDRICK, SHIRLEY A. was born July 31, 1934 in Lansing, Michigan.  Shirley enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping and had a special interest in wood crafts. She taught for 32 years in the Dearborn, School System, retiring in 1988. She received her B.A. from Central Michigan University and Master's from the University of Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond C. and Marjorie M. Heydrick. Surviving are 2 sisters, Nancy (Basil) Cole and Judith Heydrick, both of Lansing; niece, Cindy (Jeffrey) Fitzgerald of DeWitt; 2 nephews, Scott (Eva) Cole of Lansing and Jeff (Mary Jo) Cole of Kansas; very special friend, Patricia LaFlame of Lansing; 10 grandnieces and nephews; loving pets, Puduss, Jerico and Quaker. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 10, 12 noon at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing with the Rev. Deborah Johnson, Pastor of Asbury United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing. Those desiring may make contributions to the Ingham County Humane Society, 7095 W. Grand River Avenue, Lansing 48906 in memory of Miss Heydrick.
