Dear Stan -- I must tell you (and others in your homeroom) that Don Marshall DHS'36 was a good friend to me. We were guides together at Greenfield Village, sang in the Guides Martha-Mary choir there and sang together in a widely-known local young men's group, the Minnesingers, with annual concert in the Dearborn Inn grand ballroom. Thanks for sharing, Robert.......although I had Mr. Marshall for a math teacher, I never knew this about him. My guess is that a lot of other classmates did not know this either.
